Strawberry-Rhubarb Crisp – l can’t enough of any sort of crisp but this one is especially delicious!
Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie – put a scoop of ice cream on top and it will just melt in your mouth
Strawberry Shortcake – When making the strawberry topping for the shortcake try adding a little balsamic vinegar on the strawberries with about 3 Tablespoons of sugar. The taste is amazing, really kicks this classic dessert up a notch.
