REAL FOOD Weekly Menu Plan – Whole30

Now that Spring Break and the Easter holiday is over I am ready to reset my body. I’ve mentioned from time to time my digestive issues and how I try to deal with them. I’ve tried various things which help tremulously but I feel I need to detox my body. Normally I do a clean eating detox every January but I skipped it this year. Now, we are getting ready to Disney in 1 month which means I will need to get into a bathing suit…UGH! So my menu plans for the next 4 weeks will contain more of a paleo fee, following the Whole30 method but will still be family friendly. I WILL NOT make 2 different meals, I may skip the starchy side or carbs but the main meal will be something that all of us will be able to eat. I hope you will follow along and maybe find new ways to feed your family.

Real Food Menu Plan Whole 30 Approved

REAL FOOD Weekly Menu Plan – Whole30 – Week 1

Monday: It’s a beautiful day, actually in the 70′s so we are having grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa

Tuesday: If it doesn’t rain we have a baseball game so we will do a family favorite – Tuesday Tacos. I will make mine in lettuce wraps but the rest if the family will have it in taco shells.

Wednesday: We have the school’s Spring Concert so we will have a easy dinner of Breakfast for Dinner.

Thursday: Leftover Night – My favorite night of the week :)

Friday: BLT Sandwiches and Butternut Squash Soup – I will just make my BLT in a lettuce wrap and have the soup minus the goat cheese

Saturday: I have a cooking class earlier on in the day and then prepare for another one on Sunday so I am keeping it easy by doing a easy slow cooker recipe - Kielbasa with Sauerkraut & Peppers. The boys will have it served in buns and I will eat it without.

Sunday: Trying a new twist on the traditional pot roast – Sun-Dried Tomato, Balsamic Onion Pot Roast served with a cauliflower mash and veggies.

Just remember when you are feeling a bit overwhelmed with “life” a little organization goes a long way. Most of these meals can be prepared in less than 30 minutes and some can even be fully cooked within that time.
