REAL FOOD Menu Plan – One Pot Meals

one pot mealsAnother busy week of traveling and nightly meetings means I will need easy weeknight meals that we can prepare within 30 minutes. Not only does the meal preparation need to be quick but the clean up as well. The best way to make sure you will have an easy clean up is by preparing a one pot meal. I have many crock pot favorites but there are days you don’t have the time in the morning to prepare the crock pot meal. These easy one pot meals are family friendly and perfect for those busy weeknight meals when no one really has a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.

REAL FOOD Menu Plan – One Pot Meals

Monday: Sausage Beans with Kale – This is my son’s favorite dish. It takes very little time and if you make a double batch you can freeze some for another weeknight meal. 

Tuesday: Skillet Ravioli Bake – I love getting my ravioli from Trader Joes, lots of different flavors and it’s always fresh.

 Stove Top Mac and Cheese with Salad – Have one son that loves Kale and another son that loves mac and cheese more than me (his words)

Thursday: Mushroom Barley Soup – This is so easy to make and if you use quick barley it takes about 30 minutes to make this soup. (recipe coming soon)  

Friday: Pumpkin, White Bean and Sausage Stew – this meal just screams fall. 

Saturday: One Pot Pasta – seriously this meal can’t get any easier than this.
