It’s Spring Break so the boys and I have plans to hit the road a few days this week and head to Washington DC and New York City so our REAL FOOD Menu Plan will be altered just a bit because of traveling. I also asked every family member to choose one meal that they would like this week. Their choices were not as healthy as I would of liked but I hope in the upcoming weeks of trying this out I can expand their pallet a bit more.
REAL FOOD Menu Plan
Monday: Meatless Monday is going to be Baked Cauliflower Macaroni and Cheese with side salad (Finn’s choice)
Tuesday: Never got to my homemade meatballs last week, so it’s on the menu for tonight. I will have them in the crock pot early before we head out for a day trip. Meatballs and Pasta was my husband’s choice
Wednesday: Black Bean Soup with Quinoa
Thursday: Leftovers – My favorite night
Friday: One Pan Orecchitte with roasted tomatoes, sausage and basil
Saturday: Burgers and Corn on the Cob (Jackson’s choice)
Sunday: Easter Brunch – making my new favorite Lemon Blueberry French Toast Bake for brunch with the family.
