REAL FOOD Menu Plan 2.10.14

I have a pretty easy REAL FOOD Menu Plan prepared for this. Tomorrow night I am hosting my “Cooking Club” the theme is a Paleo Vegetarian Dinner which fits in perfectly with Meatless Monday. My husband and I have a night off on Saturday so we will celebrate Valentines then, not that we make a big deal out of it but my sister in law has offered to take the boys so we are going to make a dinner for two.
Do you celebrate Valentines day? If so I’d love to hear what your plans are. Here are some ideas for healthy Valentine treats for school parties or a special dessert for the kiddos.

Monday: Cooking Club – I am hosting a Paleo Vegetarian Night and making Stacked Roasted Vegetable Enchiladas.
Tuesday: We never made the Gnocchi Chicken Minestrone Stew so its on the menu for this week.
Wednesday: I’ve been wanting to try this recipe for a few weeks now, and I think the whole family will love it. Skinny Fettuccine Alfredo with Sun-dried Tomato Baked Shrimp.
Thursday: Leftover Night – seriously one of my favorite nights of the week because everyone gets to choose what they would like to eat (that is in the fridge, I am not making anything new) the fridge gets cleaned out and we are not wasting anything.
Friday: It’s Valentines Day! We are celebrating it with the kids by making homemade heart shaped pizza and I plan on making this dessert that they will flip over!
Saturday: Hubby and I are celebrating Valentines by heading to Reading Terminal and buying some yummy seafood and making dinner at home w/out the kids!
Sunday: I love Sundays because we are normally home and I have time throughout the day to make foods that we can have throughout the week. I plan on making a Turkey Breast in the crock pot and leftovers can be for sandwiches throughout the week for lunch.
