REAL FOOD Menu Plan 11.16.15

We’ve got a busy week ahead and my menu plan is going to reflect that serving some easy favorites. Last week we had some fun meals since dad was away. We made homemade pizzas and I made my son’s favorite meals – Mac & Cheese. If I let him he would eat it every day of the week.

REAL FOOD Menu Plan 11.16.15

Monday: Meatless Monday – Baked Tortellini with salad

Tuesday: Making Enchiladas using homemade sauce…trust me once you make your own Enchilada sauce you will never want to buy it.

Wednesday: Lemon Garlic Tilapia with rice and roasted veggies.

Thursday: I am doing a Essential Oil DIY class for some co-workers so it’s Leftover Night for the boys.

Friday: Date Night! Movie and Dinner

Saturday: I’ve been craving Chicken Noodle Soup serving it with crusty homemade bread.

Sunday: It’s Football Sunday! Making a big batch of Buffalo Chicken Chili – I can’t wait for this one!

So that’s my menu plan for this week…hope it’s inspired you to think outside the box when feeding your family. Just remember when you are feeling a bit overwhelmed with “life” a little organization goes a long way. Most of these meals can be prepared in less than 30 minutes and some can even be fully cooked within that time. Sounds like a delicious week. I’m embarrassed to admit that while we make enchiladas often, I’ve never tried to make my own sauce. Pinning your recipe to try next time around!
