REAL FOOD Menu Plan 1.26.14

We did much better with our menu plan this past week. There was only one meal that we didn’t end up having – meatloaf, so I will make it this week. YAY! one meal down ūüôā We are still continuing with “Meatless Monday” and “Salad Night” which makes things a bit easier to plan because we have somewhat of a theme. Do you have theme nights? What are some tips you could share with us that make your weekly menu planning easier?

Monday: Quinoa and Zucchini Patties  served with twice baked potatoes

Tuesday: Serving up Turkey Meatloaf with cauliflower mashed potatoes and some sort of veggie.

Wednesday: Taco Salad Рmaking a dressing using Stonyfield Greek yogurt and using Late July chips (recipe coming soon)

Thursday:¬†I will be at an event so the boys will be enjoying –¬†Leftovers

Friday: Homemade Pizzas using Trader Joes pizza dough

Saturday: Trying this new Crock Pot Sesame Chicken served with Quinoa and roasted Broccoli

Sunday: Crock Pot Turkey Breast Рthe extras will be used for sandwiches the following week.
