Mini Chef Monday – Year in Review

I’ve had so much these last few months exploring new foods and recipes with my boys. I hope you’ve enjoyed our Mini Chef Monday posts and have gotten some ideas of how you can get your own kids in the kitchen trying new and healthy foods. Here are some of my favorites from 2015. What are some of your favorite recipes to cook with your kids?
Mini Chef Monday – Year in Review
kid approved breakfast quesadillas Mini Chef Monday - Year in Review
These Breakfast Quesadillas are fun to make and you can freeze the extras for those busy mornings when you don’t have time to cook.
Harvest Kale Salad with nuts
Your kids will not eat salad? Try having them make this Harvest Kale Salad. Takes no time at all and the dressing is perfect for those kids with a sweet tooth.
Berry Granola
We love making granola. This Berry Granola from Baby Loving Mama is fun and easy to make and can be stored for weeks. Enjoy as a topping for yogurt, ice cream or just by itself with milk.
My kids love to eat fruit leather but darn it’s expensive. Vegging at the Shore shows how just how easy it is to make it ourselves with just a few ingredients.
Now if you just don’t know where to get started and looking for some fun kid friendly tools to get you and your little mini chef start, I’ve got you covered.
