Every year I do a Holiday Cookie Swap with a group of friends. I am always trying to find a easy but unique cookie to bring. I recently made these Peppermint Chocolate Chip Scones for an afternoon holiday party that I attended. Much easier to make than they look, and you can make them into rounds so the batch goes further if you wanted to make these for a cookie exchange.
