Whether you are a new or seasoned parent with a baby, everyday can seem overwhelming. The last thing you need is to be frustrated in the kitchen. My goal is to show parents that making REAL foods for their families is easier and less expensive than they may think. You want to do it all, but don’t know the first thing of how to make it happen. This is where I come in!
I will show you how to make delicious and nutritious homemade baby food using local organic ingredients. All O’Boy! Organic workshops and classes are designed to inform, encourage and inspire busy parents to provide their little ones with the best start in life. I will make and share recipes, nutritional information and time saving techniques to make your life easier and HEALTHIER!
Wondering if a O’Boy! Organic baby food making workshop is for you? Ask yourself these questions….
Got a baby just starting solids?
Want to make organic homemade foods for your little one but you don’t have the foggiest idea how?
Making your own food but you are not quite sure you are giving your baby the right amount of nutrients?
Want to get more adventurous in your baby food making, but unsure of what foods to combine together?
Unsure of when to give your baby certain foods?
If you answered yes to even one of these questions then a O’Boy! Organic workshop is for you.
I am happy to announce that I will be doing a Baby Food Making Workshop on November 16, 2014 at the Creative Clubhouse in Havertown. During the workshop I will make and share recipes for beginner and more advanced eaters, give time saving techniques and offer ways you can get local organic produce so you don’t break the bank.
When babies start eating solids or begin eating more of a variety of foods sometimes a baby’s tummy could get upset, bowel movements could change and diaper rash might happen. We want the products we put on our baby’s skin to be as pure and gentle as possible, just as the foods we give them to eat. As a bonus, I will give you step by step instructions of how to make a tummy rub for constipation rub and diaper rash cream. All attendees will get a chance to make the rub or cream to take home, along with baby food samples, recipes and a fun swag bag. Plus, all attendees will have an opportunity to win a fun raffle basket full of useful items to make your baby food making a breeze.
Wondering how to sign up? You can RSVP through Facebook and pay ($20 pp/$30 per couple) through paypal on my website. Please connect with me if you have any questions regarding fee or class.
Looking forward to seeing you on November 16th!
