Raw Kefir Banana Smoothie
* 8 oz of Raw plain kefir
* 2 ripe bananas ( you can even use bananas from the freezer, just defrost enough to squeeze out the banana)
* 2 Tablespoons of raw honey (place in a glass bowl and microwave for 10-15 sec. just to make it thinner & easier to mix into the smoothie)
* Cinnamon and Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste
* Ice cubes
