10 Ways to Use Thieves Household Cleaner

We are in total construction mode right now. The contractors do what contractors do, which has made our home a huge dusty mess. I’m not complaining because I know when it’s all said and done the house will beautiful, but if I don’t stay on top of the dust I would go crazy.

One thing that has kept me sane (besides lots of wine) is my all-purpose cleaner that I’ve been using to clean everything nightly after the workers have gone home. Thieves Cleaner has saved us multiple times and it’s coming to the recuse again during our construction mess.

I love that I can rely on one cleaner for multiple jobs. When switching from harsh chemical filled cleaners I wanted to stream line everything so the cabinet wasn’t filled with all sorts of cleaners when one could do the job of many. But, why Thieves?

Before I give you 10 ways to use Thieves Household Cleaner I want to give you the low down on why it’s so amazing. 10-ways-to-use-thieves-household-cleaner

Thieves cleaner is non-toxic and made with 100% plant and mineral based ingredients including vegetable based surfactants, biodegradable cutting agents from the Young Living’s Thieves and Lemon oils. You can get a deep clean without dangerous or synthetic ingredients.

Thieves cleaner is an all-in-one cleaning product that will replace most of your other cleaners. Because it’s a concentrate you are using a very small amount of the cleaner at one time. For instance when creating a spray bottle solution you take one capful and dilute it with 3 cups of water.

A 64oz bottle of Thieves Cleaner concentrate equals to about 128 all purpose spray bottles (30oz each) that makes each bottle about 88 cents, you can’t buy a non-toxic cleaner for less than a dollar.thieves-cleaner

Well, I’ve got ways that you can easily use the Thieves Cleaner everyday. My suggestion is to keep a bottle in all your bathrooms and one in your kitchen to make it handy when wanting to clean.

Combine Thieves Household Cleaner and enough baking soda to form a thick paste. Apply mixture with a clean cloth, sponge, or scrubbing brush and scour the surface thoroughly. Let sit for 15 minutes, and rinse everything clean.
